Thanks to the support of the Arts & Science Council’s Culture Blocks Program, in partnership with Charlotte Mecklenburg Libraries,
The Knight School is excited to offer a chess series program free of charge to the community.  

Join us for a fun and engaging introduction to The Knight School. With a fun and friendly spirit, class is a high-energy chess experience where kids learn chess tactics with silly videos, music-driven puzzlers for prizes, and have fast-paced party-bead tournaments!

Our series is designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and make learning chess fun.

Class meets at Matthews Community Center for 45 mins in the afternoon on Saturdays 1PM - 1:45PM in October.

Registration will open on SUNDAYS - one week before class- and will close when all spots are filled.

 

Class 2 registration will open OCTOBER 5.
